The College is close to finalising this year’s admissions process, which has been taking place in exceptional circumstances because of the coronavirus pandemic and the exam assessment regime. We are pleased to provide the following update.

Following the announcement by Ofqual on 17 August, the College has now confirmed all offer holders who have met the conditions of their offer.

This autumn we will welcome our biggest group of freshers ever. There will be no compulsory deferrals at the college, and we expect to be able to take a normal number of students in the 2020-21 admissions round.

We are very much looking forward to meeting our 2020 freshers in the coming weeks, and we will do everything we can to support all students, new and returning, during the next academic year and these unusual times.

We have really appreciated the many messages we have received from all Caians, as well as our supporters, friends and the general public over the last few weeks. Our admissions team has worked tirelessly to be as flexible and fair as we can, while also working as one with the wider collegiate University. It is evident that our entire community is passionate about making a Caius education available to anyone with academic potential, regardless of their background.
