New film showcases Caius undergraduate accommodation

  • 03 July 2018

Gonville & Caius undergraduate accommodation is being highlighted in a new film released by the College today.

Featuring tours of the accommodation led by Caius undergraduate students, the film takes the viewer from our Fresher accommodation in Harvey Court and the Stephen Hawking Building to typical second-year accommodation and finishes in the College’s Old Courts, where third-year undergraduate students live.

Caius guarantees undergraduate students College accommodation throughout their studies, taking away the stress of finding private accommodation. All rooms are fully furnished and students are provided with free laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour security team.

The film's launch comes in the run-up to the College's Open Days on Thursday 5 and 6 July. The University and College-wide Open Days give prospective applicants the chance to learn about studying at the University of Cambridge and living in a College. During the event, which takes place from 9am-4:30pm on both days, visitors are given the opportunity to speak to academics about their chosen subject, ask current students about life at Caius and go on a student-led tour of the College's accommodation.

Further information on undergraduate accommodation at Caius can be found here.

Thank you to Caius students Matt, Chris, Grace and Shefali and Accommodation Officer Wendy Fox for their help with the making of this film.
