Congratulations to all of our successful offer holders! We look forward to welcoming you to Gonville & Caius College in October.
We are delighted to say most of our offer holders met their offers with some excellent results. Over 73% of home entrants are coming from the state sector, while around a third of home entrants have at least one indicator of disadvantage. Full and final statistics will be released in the coming days.
A range of academic and contextual factors and, for the first time, online interviews were part of the admissions process for 2021.

Key statistics for Caius' October 2021 undergraduate intake:
- 55.3% female, 44.7% male.
- 73.4% of 2021 home entrants are coming from the state sector.
- 13% of entrants are from overseas.
- 31% of home entrants have at least one indicator of disadvantage.
- 21.6% of home entrants have home addresses which lie in the bottom two quintiles of the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD).
- 3.4% of all home entrants have home addresses which lie in the bottom quintile for progression to higher education (POLAR4).
- 10.1% of home entrants have home addresses which lie in the bottom two quintiles for progression to higher education (POLAR4).
- 7.9% of home entrants are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM).
