Gonville & Caius alumni donated almost £600,000 to the Caius Fund, addressing the most urgent and important needs in College in the 2026 Telephone Campaign, which concluded last Sunday.
Student callers spoke to alumni from around the world from September 16 to 27, raising £591,408 in donations for the College and students, present and future. Thank you to everyone who engaged in conversation and donated.
The annual Telephone Campaign is about fundraising and connections. Student callers thoroughly enjoyed speaking with alumni, connecting past generations of Caians with present, to strengthen ties within our wonderful community. They also very much appreciated receiving the warm and encouraging follow up emails from donors, passed on to them via the Development Office in the days after their conversations.
The money raised from alumni’s generous donations will have a real impact on Caius students’ lives and education and callers were inspired by the conversations, receiving interesting life perspective and helpful career advice.
