Wine Cellar Assistant (Part-time)
Gonville & Caius College is one of the largest colleges in the University of Cambridge. The College is seeking to appoint a Wine Cellar Assistant (part-time, 20 hours) to join our successful dining services team. As a valued member of the team you will assist in the efficient execution of wine cellar operations and the professional delivery of service to the College as required, under the direction of the Fellows’ Butler.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar environment. A working knowledge of wines and spirits alongside use of computerised stock taking systems would be an advantage. You will possess excellent communication skills and a desire to provide a high quality of service to members of College and external customers.

The salary is £19,083 per annum pro rata (£9,541 per annum). The hours of work will be flexible in order to meet the demands of the College but will be, on average 20 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
