Head of Dining Services

​Applications are invited for the exciting role of Head of Dining Services at Gonville & Caius College, a college of the University of Cambridge. We are looking for a passionate Head of Dining Services to support us in our dining vision at the College. Taking the full reins of the service we aim to provide and also working towards the future direction of the college's dining and conference ideology, the Head of Dining Services will have a key role to play in the provision of catering to all customers of the Catering Department. Even more importantly, you will have a key role in evolving with the College a path towards a bright, fresh-focused approach to catering, whilst maintaining elements of the traditional.

The role will report to the Catering Director and will lead the service teams within the department ensuring that engagement with students, Fellows and staff is excellent at every level. You must be passionate about food, people and development.  This is a hands-on role which will require the ideal candidate to lead by example and work closely with the management to achieve a fantastic and positive service.

The salary for this post is in the region of £28,000 per annum for a 40 hour week. The College offers automatic enrollment into a pension scheme and 33 days' annual holiday (including Public Holidays), together with a uniform, meals on duty and a medical cashback scheme.
