The College

Gonville and Caius College is one of the largest colleges in the University of Cambridge. It is an educational charity and its mission is to provide a place of education, religion, learning and research, in conjunction with the University that is recognised internationally as being of the highest standard.

The College is an academic community comprising some 530 undergraduate students, 250 graduate students, and 110 Fellows (lecturers, professors and other senior academic researchers and teachers) and almost 200 staff. It plays a significant role throughout the University attracting students from all over the world. Our postgraduates play a vital role in the research activities of the wider University. Our Fellows have globally renowned research expertise ranging from Ancient History to Cosmology and are all recognised as leaders in their fields. The students who graduate from the college form an alumni group of approximately 11,000 individuals. They have achieved recognition in many walks of life and are resident in all continents. The Role

As Graduate Administrator, you’ll support the College in attracting and selecting gifted and talented graduates. We’re looking for a determined, self-starting individual to deliver exceptional applicant experience throughout our recruitment and admissions processes.

This is a full time position, currently 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. The ability and willingness to adopt a flexible approach to working hours is expected, and you may be required to work additional hours from time to time in order to fulfil the requirements of the role and the needs of the College.

The basic salary is £25,398 FTE per annum. In addition the College offers excellent benefits including automatic enrolment into a defined benefit pension scheme, 33 days annual holiday (pro rata) including Public Holidays, meals on duty and a medical cashback scheme which gets you money back on prescriptions, optical and dental treatments, and discounts through shops, cinemas and utility providers, amongst others.
