Applications are invited for the exciting role of Catering Supervisor. The College wishes to recruit experienced and organized people to support the Catering Department.
The responsibilities include ensuring that the standard of bar management and food service (e.g. the College bar) is second to none. The role deals with the management of functions for both College events and conferences, together with training for new staff and ensuring that health and safety standards are met. The post works with the Deputy Head and Head of Dining Services as required. The successful candidate should have great experience of service provision with the hospitality sector, ideally including bar management.
The salary for this is in the region of £19,000. The hours are 40 per week, 5 days out of 7, to include work at weekends and split shifts together with additional hours when required.
