Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge is looking for Temporary Domestic Assistants to work in the Housekeeping Department during the conference season.

The responsibilities of a Domestic Assistant include general cleaning duties across the College, ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and a customer-orientated service.

We are currently looking to employ several Domestic Assistants on a temporary contract. This position is for 25 hours per week, and you will work 5 days out of 7 (this may include weekends).  The hourly rate is £7.65 and you will be entitled to pro rata holiday. You will be provided with a uniform and a meal on duty.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
