Caius has a long tradition of nurturing academic talent and this year four Caius students have been selected to represent the College on the BBC quiz programme ‘University Challenge’. The show will air on the 4^th August at 8pm on BBC2. The show can get around 3 million viewers tuning in, and in the first round programme Caius will be pitted against St Anne’s College, Oxford.

The team, pictured with Jeremy Paxman, are Ted Loveday, studying law, the team’s captain, and clinical medic, Anthony Martinelli, Historian Michael Taylor and Jeremy Warner studying natural sciences.
